Allotment of Rooms
Rooms will be allotted at the time of admission on “first come first served” basis. Final decisions on room allotment will be made by the Chief Warden of Hostels.
RULES FOR HOSTEL STUDENTS
- It is necessary for all the MBBS first year students to stay in the hostel
- Students cannot leave the campus without proper permission/ gate pass from the college authorities. Letter should be submitted to Deputy Warden
- Students are permitted to go out only on Sundays between 07.00 A.M to 07.00 P.M
- Students are allowed to go home on second Saturday, Sunday and any other holidays declared by the Head Of Institution, provided
- If the parents/local guardian come in person to pick the hostellers. No unauthorized person will be entertained
- prior permission should be submitted in advance by the parents/authorized local guardian by way of fax/Email or letter through post .
- Parents should contact college authorities only through the registered mobile/ landline number.
- No articles shall be allowed to be taken outside including personal belongings of students unless a proper gate pass prepared by the caretaker and signed by the Chief warden/Deputy Warden and the same should be produced to the Security Guard on duty at the main gate.
- The gate pass will be retained by the security Guard for record purpose.
- Any delay or postponement of arrival date has to be informed to the Hostel office by the parents
- Unauthorized extension of leave will be viewed seriously.
